Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Yuva Unnati. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures regarding wallet recharges and portal services.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once a wallet recharge is initiated and successful, it cannot be cancelled. Users are requested to verify the amount before proceeding with the payment.

2. Refund Policy for Failed Transactions

If your account is debited but the amount is not credited to your Yuva Unnati wallet due to a technical error, the transaction will be treated as failed. In such cases, the refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Exceptional Refunds

If you face any issues where money is deducted but wallet is not recharged even after 24 hours, please contact our support at support@yuvaunnati.in with your Transaction ID and bank statement proof. Our team will manually verify and process the refund within 5-7 working days if found valid.
